Dandelion Berry Smoothie

Spring time cleansing and detox, with this green smoothie for a sluggish liver.
This smoothie is great for the liver and is ideal for spring time when the liver needs cleansing after a long winter. I only put a very little amount of fruit in this recipe because sugar tends to overload the liver.

  • In TCM, foods have a temperature associated with them.
    • If they are warm, they excite the body.
