My mission is is to inspire and educate women to live a healthy life using ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine and whole foods to balance your hormones in every stage of your life, from puberty to menopause
My Story
My Mom and I had to read every food label and we learned quickly how much junk is put into processed food. I recommend that everyone reads the label. All the food I ate had to be prepared from scratch and my diet consumed mostly of whole foods. I have eaten this way my whole life and have learned by listening to my body. When I consume crap, I feel like crap.
I took a year off after graduating from high school and traveled the world. I ended my year long travels in Asia and this is where I was introduced to eastern medicine. It made sense to me that herbs and whole foods promote health and longevity through everyday cooking. I came back to Canada to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
I have travelled the world searching for different healing practitioners and doctors who have helped women through every stage of their lives. These travels have enhanced my knowledge to assist you on your personal health journey. I am dedicated to teaching you how to live in harmony with your hormones.
My passion is Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. My goal is to help you understand how your body works best for you so that you can live the life you want to live. When you have more energy, less pain, sleep better, laugh more and eat whole foods our lives change for the better.
I have over 14 years of experience treating women who have reproductive and hormonal imbalances and I have treated thousands of women in my clinical practice. I started to realize time and time again that the same issues were presenting and many of them were all from the same root cause. It didn't matter where I was in the world women were having the same issues.
This inspired me to start this website and my online programs so that I could serve you and help you feel your best self!

OFFICIAL BIO
Jeanette Davison has many years of experience in the health field. She has travelled the world gaining experience and knowledge with different healing practitioners and doctors. She studied at Wild Rose College and received her Master Herbalist Diploma. This experience initiated her strong interest in Chinese Medicine and she went on to Victoria B.C to study and received a diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her love for travel and dedication to learn more led her to an internship in a clinic in Seoul, Korea and then a volunteer position at a non-profit clinic in Colombo, Sri Lanka. After Sri Lanka, she travelled to Costa Rica and started an acupuncture practice for two years, where she designed and implemented a health program for local residents.
Then she continued her education and went to the Integrative Nutrition Institute to further her knowledge so that she could provide more help to her patients in her clinical practice.
She then moved to Santiago, Chile, where she lived for four years. Jeanette complemented her considerable experience with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine by starting a practice in Women’s Reproductive Health.
Jeanette then returned to Canada when her mother was diagnosed with ALS to help care for her. She currently has her own clinical practice in Canada and helps hundreds of women a year to understand how their hormones can work for them and not against them.
She is a menopause expert and after treating thousands of women she realized that women who were going through menopause didn’t have much support and understanding of what they could do to feel better while transitioning to this new stage of life. She now dedicates her time to helping women transition smoothly through menopause symptom free.
