Creamy Basil Pesto

Pesto is an easy and quick way to make any dish tasty and delicious. You can add it to rice, pasta, use it as a salad dressing or add it as a spread on a sandwich.  Basil has potent anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to help with stomach spasms and respiratory infections.

Creamy Basil Pesto

Pesto is an easy and quick way to make any dish tasty and delicious. You can add it to rice, pasta, use it as a salad dressing or add it as a spread on a sandwich.  Basil has potent anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to help with stomach spasms and respiratory infections.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until it is the consistency that you desire.
  • Drizzle a few more tablespoons of olive oil while blender is on to add a creamy texture.
